WL Plastics Acquires Charter Plastics Inc. to Diversify Company Portfolio

Fort Worth-based pipe extrusion company, WL plastics, has officially purchased the Pennsylvania-based pipe supplier, Charter Plastics Inc. WL plastic plans for this investment to diversify their portfolio, penetrate new markets, and gain new customers. They also plan to utilize Charter Plastics’ existing assets and production capabilities to produce pipes for several different purposes ranging from water to gas.
